We empower AEC teams to deliver exceptional work by turning decades of scattered drawings, emails, and project files into instant answers and automated workflows—all while keeping their data private and fully under their control. With Linc AI, teams can search and automate workflows in natural language, without having to move or restructure their data. Instead of digging through folders, architects and engineers can simply ask questions like “Which San Francisco projects included drainage surveys?” and get answers in seconds, not hours.
We’re three Duke-trained computer science and engineering graduates—Harsha, Rahul, and Shrey—who have built production-scale AI at Google, Tesla, and Philips. Backed by Y Combinator, Rebel Fund, Wischoff Ventures, and Pioneer Fund, we’re applying the latest in AI/ML to solve real, high-impact problems in the AEC industry.
Our founding insight came from Rahul’s family-owned civil-engineering firm, where crucial information was buried in unstructured documents and legacy systems. As we partnered with larger engineering and architectural practices, we saw those same pain points—duplicated effort, siloed knowledge, and missed insights—magnified across thousands of projects and petabytes of data.
Since launch, we’ve teamed up with several large civil-engineering and architectural firms to index millions of project files across SharePoint, Deltek, Unanet, internal network drives, and on-prem servers. These partners now use Linc AI to:
Every week, more AEC teams adopt Linc AI to win projects faster and deliver higher-quality work.
